Fata Fea reigns over a world of exclusively hand-made knits - whether wielding a crochet hook or the domestic knitting machine.

By transforming deadstock yarns, Fata Fea rebels against overproduction and overconsumption. Fata Fea prefers to breathe life into pieces which - when they are not unique, only exist in very limited quantities. Fata Fea avoids any material loss by using a fully fashioned knitting technique.

As fluid as its knit, Fata Fea’s garments are made to order and adaptable to all bodies without exception.

Fata Fea loves to be adorned with porcelain jewelry -shaped and finely glazed by hand ; assembled on chains found in flea markets. Upcycling, recovering, recycling, transforming: that’s what Fata Fea’s spells are made of.

Fata Fea is also a tribute to the magic that happens when creativity seizes us, to the rediscovery of ancient crafts, and a declaration of love to fashion, an ever mutating, slow version of it.

Fata Fea’s mission is basically the same as that of the butterfly: to live an existence of multiple transformations.
